This course will introduce analysts to the basics of developing business process models and decomposing business processes from value stream to workflow,  including the core techniques used to model and analyse processes. Not to mention supporting requirements to ensure the business requirements translate effectively into user stories.  Analysts will be also introduced to existing competencies within the IBM BPM

 environment. All these concepts are embedded in many hands-on exercises.
